Veeam Backup & Replication (Backup + PKI + PAM)

We are looking for a highly skilled System Specialist to take full ownership of the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise backup systems, PKI infrastructures, and privileged access management (PAM). This role requires hands-on expertise in Veeam, Microsoft CA, CyberArk PAM/PSM, and related automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Veeam Backup & Replication environments, including backup policies, retention, immutable repositories, SureBackup, and application-aware backups.

Plan, execute, and test disaster recovery (DR) scenarios, ensuring RPO/RTO compliance.

Administer Microsoft AD CS environments, including certificate lifecycle management, templates, auto-enrollment, CRL/OCSP, and compliance monitoring via C-View.

Operate and improve CyberArk PAM/PSM environments, including vaults, safes, connectors, session recording, privileged account rotation, and integrations with Windows, Linux, database, and network systems.

Develop and maintain scripts and automation (PowerShell, Python, API/CLI) for operational efficiency and cross-system integrations.

Collaborate closely with SOC/Blue Team and CAB processes, supporting audits, regulatory compliance, and post-mortem investigations.

Provide documentation, best practices, and procedural guidance for enterprise IT teams.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience as a System Specialist in enterprise environments with 500+ servers - Must

Proven experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, Microsoft AD CS, and CyberArk PAM/PSM - Must

Strong scripting and automation skills in PowerShell; Python - Must

Deep understanding of Active Directory, DNS, GPO, PKI, and enterprise IT security principles - Must

Experience with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements, ideally in healthcare or highly regulated sectors

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues calmly and efficiently.
