We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and customer experience. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of intelligent customer journeys within a modern, data-driven environment, working with large-scale data and advanced marketing technologies.

What You Will Do

Design and lead multi-channel customer journeys using Journey Builder across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp, based on user behavior and event triggers.

Work extensively with Salesforce Data Cloud, building complex audiences, defining data models, and connecting multiple data sources to create a unified Single Customer View.

Develop and implement technical solutions including SQL queries, AMPScript, and SSJS for advanced personalization and automation within Automation Studio.

Collaborate closely with CRM, ERP, and Data teams to ensure smooth data integration and synchronization across systems.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions by writing functional specifications and technical documentation (PRD / Technical Specs).

Perform thorough QA and validation processes prior to campaign launches to ensure data accuracy and delivery quality.

Requirements

At least 2 years of hands-on experience implementing and working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Must

Strong technical skills including SQL, AMPScript, and HTML (experience with SSJS is a significant advantage) - Must

Experience in system analysis and writing functional specifications - Must

Strong understanding of Journey Builder and building complex customer journeys - Must

High level of English, both written and spoken - Must

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or relevant Salesforce certifications and training - Must
