WeSki is a self-service ski trip booking platform built for the modern traveller. Our vision is simple, to make great ski experiences available to everyone. We enable customers to build and book a fully custom ski holiday in minutes, combining flights, accommodation, transfers, ski passes, equipment and lessons in one seamless flow.
Behind the scenes, our technology evaluates millions of trip combinations in real time. We dynamically connect inventory from thousands of suppliers, automatically optimise which components we bundle together, and present only options that really work. What used to take hours of research and coordination now takes a few clicks and finds much better results for the users.
Every trip is fully customisable. Customers get the flexibility of building it themselves, with the security, protection, and support of a regulated holiday provider. Each trip is dynamically orchestrated in real time, with dependencies automatically managed across suppliers at scale, spanning 315 resorts in 21 countries across Europe, North America, Asia and Oceania. From booking to return, we manage the entire journey, so customers can relax and enjoy their holiday.
We’ve recently crossed $100M in annual sales, including a $1M single day. Growth is accelerating, unit economics are strong, and the business funds its own growth. High transaction volume, complex infrastructure, real impact, delivered by a small, high-performing team.

with no technology-native market leader. The industry is still dominated by traditional tour operators, with business models and infrastructure that have barely evolved in decades. This is a rare opportunity to define the future of ski travel at global scale.
About the Role:
As a User Acquisition Manager at WeSki, you will manage and optimize large-scale, high-budget acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Your role will include developing strategies and executing campaigns to acquire new users globally. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (Creative, Analytics) to ensure campaigns align with WeSki’s goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate PPC professional to join a fast-growing and profitable company. With a strong focus on Google PPC as our primary marketing channel, WeSki continues to scale rapidly, providing a dynamic environment where you can make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Lead end-to-end management of global paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Optimization and Analysis: Initiate, monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to maximize scale within meeting the ROI targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Creative, Analytics, Product) to ensure campaign alignment and continuous improvement.
- Measurement and Reporting: Set clear metrics for success, track performance, and use data to drive strategic decisions and optimizations.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, AI tools, smart bidding, and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities to leverage these for campaign growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in managing B2C/B2SB, large-scale paid media campaigns on Google Ads in a global B2C/B2SB product/service company.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in Excel and Google Ads is a must.
- Fast Execution: Ability to show fast and precise execution, as efficiency and the ability to cover all angles (A-Z, send and release) are key in managing large-scale campaigns.
- Proven success in leading and executing initiatives that moved and improved key business metrics.
- Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, and prioritize based on potential assessment.
- Creative problem solving: Ability to tackle a problem from different angles, consider different data points in order to ensure the optimal solution is implemented.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Motivation & Initiative: Exhibit genuine enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a drive to take initiative and grow within the team.
- AI Mindset: Beyond manual optimization, you’re someone who instinctively explores how AI can elevate your results. You have experience integrating LLMs into your daily process - using them to dissect data, spark creative solutions, and handle the "heavy lifting" of large-scale account management.
- Proven experience using LLMs for advanced data analysis, automations, or high-scale projects - an advantage.
- Language: Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Skier / Snowboarder - always a plus.
