Co-Founder & CTO (AI/Crypto Infrastructure)

The Mission: Data centers and crypto-mining operations are facing a critical energy and thermal wall. We are building the 'Smart Brain' for high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure, an intelligent orchestration layer that synchronizes power consumption, hardware telemetry, and task scheduling.Our platform optimizes large-scale operations to maximize profitability and sustainability in the most demanding compute environments. We are looking for a visionary Technical Co-Founder & CTO to lead the development from the ground up and join the founding team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the architecture and development of our real-time optimization engine.
• Bridge the gap between digital code and physical hardware (cooling fans, power units, and chips).
• Design a scalable cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) to handle high-frequency telemetry data from thousands of machines.

The Checklist (Required Skills):

• Systems & Embedded Engineering Expert: Proficiency in C++, Rust, or Go, and high-level languages like Python.
• Industrial Protocols: Experience with MQTT, Modbus, or SNMP.
• Optimization & Data Architecture: Experience building resource allocation models or real-time algorithms.
• Hardware Insight: Deep understanding of Power Management for GPUs/ASICs.

Industry-Specific Knowledge (Significant Advantage):

• Crypto Mining: Familiarity with Stratum protocol and ASIC hardware (Bitmain, MicroBT).
• Energy Tech: Understanding of Smart Grids and energy arbitrage.
• Infrastructure: Knowledge of industrial cooling (Airflow, Immersion Cooling).
