Company Description

The Tlalim Group has been a leader in Israel's organized tourism market for nearly 50 years. Tlalim also innovates in visitor center concepts, event organization, and exhibitions both within Israel and internationally. Leveraging centralized financial management, the group fosters collaboration while enabling operational independence across its entities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a DevOps Developer based in Nes Ziona. The DevOps Developer will be responsible for managing infrastructure as code (IaC), supporting continuous integration processes, and automating workflows to optimize software development pipelines. Responsibilities include system administration, Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM environments, Microsoft Platforms and Websites.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and best practices
Experience in Software Development and Continuous Integration processes
Strong understanding of System Administration and Microsoft Platforms environments including Power Automation, CRM Datavers and Power Apps.
Problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset to work closely with multidisciplinary teams
Familiarity with containerization, orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous
