Open Positions

1. Talent Acquisition Specialist (End-to-End Recruitment)

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to offer
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Define hiring strategies and sourcing approaches
• Coordinate interview processes and candidate experience
• Manage multiple roles simultaneously

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment (tech – advantage)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple processes in parallel
• High level of English

2. Technical Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage candidates across multidisciplinary domains
• Conduct proactive sourcing using advanced search techniques
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring teams

Requirements:

• Experience in sourcing / recruitment – advantage
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Familiarity with tech domains (AI / Software / Hardware) – advantage
• Creative and proactive mindset

3. Talent Acquisition Specialist – Defense Sector

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles
• Work with multidisciplinary and system-level positions
• Partner with clients in defense and advanced technology sectors
• Handle complex and sensitive hiring processes

Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience – required
• Experience in defense / engineering recruitment – advantage
• Ability to manage complex processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
