We’re recruiting on behalf of one of Israel’s largest financial institutions — a well-established enterprise in the middle of a major data transformation.

The Role

You’ll be the bridge between business and technology — translating complex business needs into data and BI solutions. From requirements gathering and functional specs, all the way through development and go-live. This is a high-impact role with cross-organizational visibility.

What You’ll Do

∙ Define and document business & technical requirements for BI systems, dashboards, and data models

∙ Analyze and optimize data flows from multiple source systems

∙ Write functional and technical spec documents

∙ Work closely with BI developers, Data Engineers, Analysts, and Architects

∙ Lead end-to-end projects from requirements to implementation

What We’re Looking For

✅ 2–3+ years of experience as a Systems/Data Analyst in Data or BI

✅ Proven experience writing functional & technical spec documents

✅ Strong understanding of DWH, ETL, and data modeling concepts

✅ Hands-on SQL experience — querying databases independently

✅ Familiarity with BI tools — Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
