We are looking for an Industrial Designer to join our Global Customer Experience team – the heart of innovation, design, and creativity in our organization.

What will you do with us?

• Lead end-to-end industrial design of product lines – from concepts, sketches, to 3D models
• Be a key partner in shaping the product strategy together with the Head of Design
• Work hands-on on design and development, turning ideas into real, market-ready products
• Contribute to the development of innovative water technologies and embed product innovation throughout the design process
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, product managers, marketing, engineering, R&D, quality assurance teams, and international suppliers
• Translate consumer insights into design solutions, influence user experience, and manage multiple projects simultaneously through to launch

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design – must
• At least 3 years of experience in consumer product design (not graphic design only)
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks – must
• Experience in product visualization and rendering (KeyShot)
• Full command of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong understanding and experience in CMF processes (Color, Material, Finish)
• Technical understanding and ability to work with engineering interfaces
• Experience supporting product development processes with manufacturers – advantage
• Experience working with various AI tools – advantage
• Strong presentation skills and excellent interpersonal communication
• Creativity, independence, and the ability to lead end-to-end processes
