Lead System Engineer

The Air & Missile Defense Division is seeking a Lead System Engineer to lead a large-scale, complex engineering mega-project.

The role includes defining system specifications and test procedures, as well as characterizing and designing complex systems. You will initiate and control hardware and software change management processes, plan and execute experiments, and lead customer acceptance testing (FAT/OSAT).

The position also involves writing technical documentation, conducting performance analysis, and managing engineering activities with subcontractors.

What We’re Looking For

• B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering – mandatory
• M.Sc in Systems Engineering – advantage
• At least 6 years of experience in systems engineering of complex systems (system of systems) – mandatory
• Proven experience in writing technical documentation and conducting performance analysis – mandatory
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel and MATLAB – mandatory
• Familiarity with military systems / air defense domain – significant advantage
• High level of English – mandatory
• Spanish speaker – advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad
