Requirements
· BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
· Proven experience as a team leader, managing software development teams and developing fully optimized SW solutions.
· Strong background in DSP development (AI, Audio, Voice, Baseband).
· Familiarity with hardware architecture and strong experience with assembly-level optimizations.
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
· Experience working with compiler teams and understanding low-level compiler optimizations – advantage.
Responsibilities
· Lead and mentor a team of DSP software engineers – developing DSP and AI SW libraries and supporting the architecture definition of architectures of DSP and AI processors.
· Collaborate with the compiler and simulator teams to ensure efficient tools development and deployment.
· Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement.
