Behavioral Insights Project Manager

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Behavioral Insights Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects across the Clalit Innovation ecosystem. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, quickly gets up to speed on complex topics, and knows how to create structure and alignment across diverse teams and vendors.

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead cross-organizational behavioral projects from concept to launch, bringing together digital, clinical, and operational teams to deliver real impact for patients. You’ll be the central point of communication, ensuring that all stakeholders stay aligned, informed, and focused on priorities, while driving smooth, efficient, and purposeful execution across every stage of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from planning through execution and delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders across Clalit.
• Build and maintain clear project structures, plans, and timelines using Monday.com or other tools
• Ensure strong communication and alignment across teams - facilitating updates, clarifying responsibilities, and tracking dependencies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Prepare meeting agendas and send summaries and concise project updates and status reports for team members, leadership and stakeholders (via email).
• Coordinate cross-team meetings, document key decisions, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in healthcare, innovation, or technology environments.
• Experienced in the fields of Behavioral Economics
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a strong eye for detail.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working with Data, and data-based projects - advantage
• Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive momentum.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
• Familiarity with Israel’s healthcare system and HMO structure — big plus.
• Fluent in Hebrew; English proficiency preferred.
