We’re an early-stage B2B/SaaS company building a modern product with real customers. We’re looking for a hands-on engineer who can take ownership of execution, help set technical direction, and support a small team — while still coding ~50%.

What you’ll do

Own engineering execution in an early-stage environment and drive delivery with Product

Build core product capabilities end-to-end (hands-on ~50%) and solve complex problems

Define pragmatic architecture principles and scalable patterns for a growing B2B product

Improve sprint rhythm, planning/estimations, and delivery predictability

Ensure production readiness: reliable, repeatable, safe deployments across environments

Establish operational basics (observability + best practices)

Raise engineering quality (standards, reviews, testing discipline, “ship fast but stable”)

Mentor and support developers and strengthen team dynamics

Support SaaS growth needs: security, integrations, customer-ready platform mindset

Must-have

6+ years of experience

building modern web products (B2B/SaaS preferred) end-to-end

Node.js (TypeScript preferred) + backend/API design

React + modern frontend practices

Strong DB experience (SQL + NoSQL)

AWS production experience

CI/CD + deployments ownership

Solid DevOps foundations (envs, secrets, permissions, basic security)

Strong English + clear communication

Collaborative, kind, direct — moves fast without chaos
