A premier London based Multi-Family Office specializing in holistic wealth management, financial planning, and advanced investment strategies for High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (HNW/UHNW) families.
Role Overview
The core of this role is the identification of new clients with significant investable assets. The position requires a unique blend of high-level business development capabilities and a deep understanding of capital markets, private banking, and alternative investment products.
Key Responsibilities
- Active Business Development: Proactively identifying and engaging with tech entrepreneurs, C-level executives, and high-net-worth individuals (Prospecting).
- Sales Lifecycle, from networking and initial introductions to building tailored strategies
- Relationship Building: Establishing status as a "Trusted Advisor" and maintaining long-term credibility with sophisticated clients.
- Ecosystem Integration: Leveraging an existing network within the tech ecosystem (Founders, VC funds, post-exit entrepreneurs).
Requirements (Must Have)
- Professional Experience: 5+ years in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Senior Business Development within the financial sector.
- Financial Literacy: Expertise in capital markets, financial instruments, alternative assets (PE, VC, Real Estate), and relevant taxation.
- Tech Sector Familiarity: Proven experience working with entrepreneurs or a background in a business role within the tech industry—a significant advantage.
- Education: Academic degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Familiarization with the regulatory framework applicable to the activity.

- Networking DNA: A "people person" with an extensive existing network and a commanding professional presence.
- Discretion & Integrity: The ability to operate at the highest ethical standards (essential for the Family Office environment).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and verbal skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Results-Oriented: A strong hunger for success and a drive to meet and exceed growth targets.

Someone who can analyze an investment report and speak the language of a Private Banker, but can also sit for coffee with a founder post-exit and speak their language at eye level. This is a Tel Aviv based, full-time, working-from-home (WFH) role.
