Senior Data Scientist

Senior Data Scientist – AI Platform Startup

I’m hiring for a fast-growing tech startup based in Tel Aviv (hybrid: 1 day from home) building an advanced AI platform based on a context-aware architecture that maps organizational decision-making processes.

The system is powered by a dynamic Context Graph, and we’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to play a key role in developing and deploying production-grade ML models.

• Build ML models on complex structured & unstructured data

• Work with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and embeddings

• Apply unsupervised learning (clustering, graph-based algorithms)

• Develop systems for anomaly detection and evolving data patterns

• Take models from research → production at scale

• Contribute to an agentic, multi-step AI architecture

• 5+ years in Data Science / Machine Learning

• Strong Python + SQL

• Experience deploying production ML systems

• Hands-on with NLP / LLMs / embeddings

• Experience working with large-scale data environments

• Background in regulated domains (fintech / financial systems) – strong advantage

💡 Looking for someone who knows how to turn models into real, working systems — not just experiments.
