This is a hybrid, full-time position for a Portfolio Manager based in Karmiel, with flexibility for remote work. The Portfolio Manager will oversee investment portfolios, analyze financial data, and develop investment strategies to achieve growth and stability. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, conducting in-depth market research, supporting trading activities, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maximize portfolio performance and align with MAOZ’s mission-driven initiatives.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Finance and Portfolio Management
• Proficiency in Investments and Trading, with the ability to develop sustainable investment strategies
• Excellent Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends
• Proactive communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional and mission-driven environments
• Experience in the non-profit or public sector and familiarity with socio-economic frameworks is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are advantageous
• Proficiency in financial tools, software, and analytics platforms
