Head of Marketing

We are seeking a performance-driven, high impact and well connected Head of Marketing to lead customer acquisition, brand growth, and revenue scale across high-growth social gaming and sweepstakes casino brands. This executive will oversee the full marketing ecosystem. This role requires deep, hands-on experience in sweepstakes casinos and/or real-money iGaming. Experience in social gaming is highly valued. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with operational execution and thrives in regulated, performance-centric environments.

What You’ll Own:

• Full-funnel user acquisition (PPC, paid social, programmatic) & media partnerships
• SEO & ASO strategy
• Growthhacking Affiliate marketing
• Influencer & UGC-driven growth
• Tracking & attribution (MMPs, S2S, postbacks, pixel/API setups)
• CAC, ROAS, LTV optimization at scale
• Creative testing frameworks
• Funnel optimizations: Lifecycle & retention growth

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years in marketing
• 5+ years in senior marketing leadership
• Proven sweepstakes casino and/or iGaming experience (required)
• Hands-on knowledge of attribution, tracking, and performance analytics in a web environment. Mobile apps - ad advantage.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar monthly UA budgets
