A leading landscape architecture planning firm, dealing with public and private projects of various scales, is looking for a landscape architect with proven experience in detailed planning, construction and landscape development, and statutory planning processes
Areas of responsibility:
- Leading detailed planning from the concept stage to implementation plans.
- Preparing construction, development, cross-sections and implementation details.
- Working with planning committees, consultants and complementary disciplines.
- Managing ongoing professional dialogue with clients and authorities.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a landscape architect in a planning firm.
- Proven experience in preparing development plans and implementation details.
- Full command of AutoCAD, including working with XREF, DWG and Layouts files.
- Ability to work independently, orderly, organized and meet deadlines.
- High communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Significant advantages:
- Experience in statutory planning / building plans / building permits
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / SketchUp / Revit
- Experience in creating recruitment ads on social networks (Facebook / LinkedIn) and digital headhunting
- Familiarity with BIM processes and coordination with 3D models
