An insurance company is looking for an AI-based automation implementer who will lead the automation field in the organization and work to streamline business and operational processes using artificial intelligence solutions.

The role includes identifying processes that can be optimized through AI, characterizing solutions, implementing them in practice, and continuously improving processes in the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying processes in the organization that can be optimized through automation and artificial intelligence.
• Characterizing and implementing AI solutions to improve business and operational processes.
• Working with various departments in the organization to understand existing needs and processes.
• Building and improving AI-based automated processes.
• Performance analysis and continuous improvement of existing solutions.
• Leading the automation and AI field in the organization.

Requirements:

• Experience working with AI solutions and process automation - mandatory
• Practical understanding of implementing AI in business processes.
• Experience in identifying processes and improving work processes through technology.
• Process thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies in the field.
