Senior Product Manager (Enterprise & AI-Driven)

MCE Systems is a profitable high-tech leader powering the world’s telecommunications giants (AT&T, Vodafone, T-Mobile).

We are looking for a Business-Oriented Senior Product Manager who doesn't just "manage features," but owns the product’s commercial success and strategic impact. This role is for a forward-thinking leader who masters the art of Enterprise relationships while leveraging AI & Agentic workflows to redefine product excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Business Value: Lead the product lifecycle with a sharp focus on Outbound strategies, market fit, and ROI for Tier-1 global enterprises.
• AI-Enhanced Product Management: Integrate AI tools and autonomous agents into the product discovery and delivery lifecycle to accelerate time-to-market and optimize decision-making.
• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a roadmap that aligns with the complex, high-security requirements of B2B/B2B2C ecosystems.
• Enterprise Collaboration: Work directly with global stakeholders to translate complex business needs into precise, scalable technical specifications.
• Market Mastery: Conduct deep competitive analysis and market research to keep MCE ahead of the telecommunications curve.

Who You Are

• Enterprise Veteran (5+ Years): You have a proven track record in Product Management within B2B, B2B2C, or B2E environments, ideally working with global giants.
• AI-Savvy: You are an early adopter of AI. You know how to use AI agents and LLMs to automate PM tasks, analyze customer feedback at scale, or enhance the product experience.
• Business Minded: You think like an entrepreneur. You understand that "Great Product" = "Great Business Results."
• Independent Leader: A self-starter who can navigate the ambiguity of large-scale projects and lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Marketing) to success.
• Exceptional Communicator: You can present complex ideas clearly to C-level stakeholders in fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with UI/UX design.
• Academic degree (Computer Science or Business preferred).
• Background in the Telecommunications industry.
