Position Summary
We’re looking for a VIP Monetization Manager to join our team in a specialized role focused on Loyalty Feature, aiming to enhance the experience of our games’ most valuable players.
By developing a retention-focused strategy tailored to this key player segment, you’ll drive efforts to strengthen the connection between our games and their high-tier player base, creating an impactful and lasting bond.
In this role, you’ll manage the life cycle of top-tier players, elevating their in-game experience through innovative mechanics and features—driven by data, testing, and evaluation. You’ll work closely with Monetization, Product, and Analytics teams, making data-informed decisions on priorities for both the game team and VIP Account Managers to support the long-term growth of our high-value player tiers. This position offers high-impact potential and a unique blend of creative and analytical skills for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage strong numerical and data analysis skills to drive business-oriented decisions, supported by insightful reporting and trend analysis
- Analyze information effectively, drawing actionable conclusions to optimize player engagement and retention strategies
- Collaborate with multiple interfaces across the organization, partnering with cross-functional teams to influence outcomes and align goals
- Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented approach—able to tackle challenges and drive initiatives forward
- Exhibit teamwork and a passion for growth, contributing actively to team objectives and culture
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both written and verbal, ensuring ideas and insights are well understood
- Maintain a focus on consumer behavior, particularly in digital entertainment and gaming, as an advantage
- Strong skills in numbers, business orientation, reports, and data analysis - a must
- 2+ Years’ experience as a Product Manager/ Monetization Management in B2C; Gaming, Social/Mobile, Casino preferred
- Self-motivated and PROACTIVE go-getter who is results-driven and has shown a track record of achievement through creativity – a must!
- Exemplary communication skills in both written and spoken English – a must
