SeaNovation is an innovation center operating at the intersection of entrepreneurship, technology, and national infrastructure. We work across domains such as marine tech, desert innovation, climate, and industry, collaborating with startups, government entities, and global partners.

We are looking for a highly execution-oriented Digital Marketing & AI Automation Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who can take a defined marketing strategy and turn it into high-scale execution using AI tools, automation, and smart workflows. You should enjoy building systems, optimizing processes, and scaling marketing activity efficiently.

• Execute digital marketing plans under the Head of Marketing
• Create and distribute content at scale (primarily in English)
• Leverage AI tools for content creation (text, visuals, video, etc.)
• Build and manage automation workflows (Zapier, Make, API integrations)
• Manage and operate digital platforms: LinkedIn, X, YouTube, newsletters, etc.
• Launch and manage digital campaigns
• Analyze performance and continuously optimize results
• Support the development of scalable marketing infrastructure

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing / marketing operations
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT and similar)
• Experience or strong familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, no-code tools)
• High-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Strong execution skills and ability to work independently
• Technological mindset and eagerness to learn

• Experience working with startups or innovation environments
• Content creation experience (posts, video, podcasts)
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems
• Experience with community management or organic growth
• Basic knowledge of SEO / PPC

• Work closely with a Head of Marketing and grow rapidly
• Hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI tools
• Exposure to innovative projects, startups, and global collaborations
