We’re looking for a founding engineer to join us at a very early stage and help build the company from the ground up.
This is a role for a true builder — someone who loves owning problems end to end, moves fast, and wants to work on hard, real-world challenges. You’ll be deeply involved in shaping the product, architecture, engineering culture, and technical direction from day one.
We’re building an AI-native platform for complex operational workflows, combining LLMs, agents, software, and deep system thinking to automate work that today is still highly manual and messy.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Are highly hands-on and comfortable building production systems
- Think like an owner and enjoy figuring things out in ambiguity
- Care about product, not just code
- Have strong engineering fundamentals and good taste
