💻 We’re Hiring: Software Development Engineer – Core Engineering

We’re looking for a talented Software Development Engineer to join a high-impact Core Engineering team building AI-driven talent solutions. In this role, you’ll take part in designing and developing scalable, production-grade systems that power intelligent matching between talent and opportunities.

You’ll work at the intersection of backend, frontend, and data-driven technologies, collaborating closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative, end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using modern technologies
• Build end-to-end features across Python-based services and modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue)
• Integrate AI/ML-driven capabilities to enhance product intelligence and decision-making
• Ensure system reliability and performance through robust testing, monitoring, and observability
• Contribute to system architecture, design decisions, and best practices
• Work with Kubernetes (k8s), CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take full ownership from idea to production

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in software development (Python / Java / Go / Node.js)
• Hands-on experience with React or Vue
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Celery)
• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• A proactive, independent mindset with a passion for building impactful products
