Nasus Pharma is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing innovative intranasal, needle-free treatments for medical emergencies. The company focuses on rapid and effective drug delivery solutions designed to improve access to life-saving medications, particularly for severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis).

Position Overview

Nasus Pharma is looking for a Clinical Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in leading and executing our clinical development programs from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage clinical projects and timelines across study phases.
• Support and oversee clinical operations activities.
• Prepare and contribute to scientific and regulatory documents, including clinical protocols, Investigator’s Brochure (IB), and IRB submissions.
• Work closely with and manage Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and external vendors.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Qualifications:

• Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field (advanced degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical project management.
• Proven experience in scientific writing, including preparation of clinical protocols, Reports, Investigator’s Brochure (IB), and IRB submissions.
• Hands-on experience in clinical operations.
• Experience working with and managing Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent English and Hebrew
• Ability to travel internationally occasionally
