HR Service Center Representative | Employee Support | Center Area

About the Role

We are seeking a Service Center Representative to join our Human Resources team, providing support to employees through a multi-channel service center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to employees via multiple channels, including phone and email, on HR-related matters such as employee welfare and individual services
• Handle complex and exceptional employee inquiries with a high level of professionalism
• Deliver service in a dynamic, high-volume environment
• Work collaboratively as part of a team

Work Environment

• Shift-based role (weekdays only, no weekends)
• Suitable for students and can be combined with academic studies
• Comprehensive training will be provided across all service areas

Requirements

• Students currently pursuing or planning to begin a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Availability for at least 3 weekday shifts (students) or 4 weekday shifts (non-students)
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high workloads
• Strong teamwork capabilities
• Prior experience in Human Resources – advantage

Location: Central District – Israel

Employment Scope: Approximately 125 monthly hours
