📌 NOC Team Member

We are looking for a skilled and experienced NOC Engineer to join a leading, dynamic, and technology-driven organization.

The position is located in Petach Tikva and requires 24/6 shift work:

Shift hours:

06:30–14:30 | 14:30–22:30 | 22:30–06:30

Including Friday and Saturday night shifts.

🎯 Job Responsibilities:

Operation and monitoring of organizational IT systems in a 24/6 shift environment
Monitoring, identifying, and analyzing system faults
Troubleshooting or escalating issues to relevant teams
Sending ongoing reports and updates to customers and the Technology Division
Managing incidents end-to-end, from initial detection to final resolution

✔️ Requirements:

2 years of experience in a NOC or System team – Must
Experience in a large organization (hundreds of users and above) – Must
Knowledge of Windows OS – Must
Knowledge of communication/network protocols – Must
Experience with: VMware, Active Directory, Citrix, Linux, Databases, Cloud services
Experience working with monitoring systems and analyzing system-level issues – Must
Log analysis skills
High motivation to grow professionally
Good English skills – Must
