Requirements & Skills
- Senior Backend : Expert in Node.js/Python, microservices, and scalable system architecture.
- AI Orchestration: Proven experience building agentic workflows, multi-step LLM tasks, and RAG solutions.
- Real-Time Intelligence: Ability to build low-latency pipelines for live conversation processing and insights.
- System Integration: Expert at connecting LLM outputs to third-party tools like CRMs, Calendars, and Video apps.
- AI Ops & Reliability: Experience with evaluation (LLM-as-a-judge), monitoring, and cost-effective caching.
Qualifications:
- Collaborative Innovator: Thrive in a dynamic startup environment, collaborating with product and research teams to turn raw AI potential into polished features.
- Problem Solver: Demonstrate agility in solving non-deterministic challenges inherent in AI, such as hallucination mitigation and prompt optimization.
