Malam Team is hiring a Technological Pre-Sales Engineer – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Malam Team is looking for a hands-on Technological Pre-Sales Engineer specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Information Security to join our growing team.

In this role, you will work closely with the sales team as their technical right hand, taking full technical ownership of IAM solutions, with a strong focus on Okta+Verify IBM + Frontegg.

Key Responsibilities

·      Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle

·      Work closely with sales teams to understand customers’ business and technical requirements

·      Design and tailor IAM solutions based on customer needs

·      Take full technical responsibility for the product, including deep learning and ongoing work with the vendor abroad

·      Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and lead Proof of Concepts (POCs)

·      Provide hands-on technical support, complex troubleshooting, and problem resolution

·      Accompany customers through implementation and ongoing usage as needed

This is a dynamic, customer-facing, hands-on role involving full technical support of sales processes — from needs assessment and solution design, through demos and POCs, to deployment and post-implementation support.

Requirements

·      At least 2 years of experience in a Technological Pre-Sales role

·      Background in system administration and/or technical support

·      Strong technical understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM / Identity) and infrastructure environments

·      Experience with Verify IBM\Okta\Frontegg – must

Additional Details

·      Full-time position

·      Based at Malam Team offices in Petah Tikva, with travel to customer sites as required
