CRM + AI Integration Specialist

J.MARK Interiors is looking for a freelance / contractor to lead a project-based CRM + integrations + automations + practical AI implementation.

We are a cross-border interior design/architecture firm. Our team is talented but not highly technical, so we need someone who can build a solution that’s simple, visual, and easy to adopt.

• Lead CRM selection (recommend the right platform for a design + project-based business)
• Build and implement CRM end-to-end: pipelines, entities, permissions, templates, dashboards
• Set up integrations (email + file storage + relevant tools; WhatsApp approach is a plus)
• Build automations to reduce manual work (tasks, reminders, statuses, approvals, payments, etc.)
• Implement practical AI use-cases (e.g., “latest plan/version”, project context, summaries)
• Build or integrate a client portal (mobile-friendly, visual) for plans/status/invoices/orders
• Train the team and ensure adoption (non-technical users)

• Proven CRM implementation experience (HubSpot / Zoho / Monday / Salesforce / other)
• Strong integration skills (Make/Zapier/n8n/API)
• Ability to translate messy operations into clear workflows and dashboards
• Excellent English
• Comfortable working with a cross-border team (Israel + US)

• Experience with interior design / architecture / construction / project-based service businesses
• Experience with client portals
• Practical AI implementation experience
