Today we are building our company foundation, where domain experts are sitting together to reinvent the future of work in the AI era. We are still early enough that every strong hire shapes the company — and we’re looking for an AI Motion Designer to reimagine video production for a new generation of companies.

What You’ll Do

As an AI Motion Designer you'll collaborate with your teammates on building and executing creative workflows that meet the organizational creative needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Pioneering AI-Powered Creative Workflows: Leverage your creativity and motion design expertise to develop and produce cutting-edge, AI-powered creative workflows in collaboration with your product, design, marketing, and operations teammates.
• Driving Marketing Video Production: Be instrumental in the end-to-end production of high-quality videos for the marketing team using AI-powered workflows. This involves managing storyboards, collaborating with the creative team on scripting, generating AI personas/actors, editing, and supporting post-production.
• Enhancing Product Visual Design: Work closely with product teams to design visual assistant tools. The goal is to make home cooking easier and more enjoyable for customers, enabling them to effortlessly transform their food creations into professional, shareable visual stories that inspire other home cooks.
• Executing Filming and Editing: Take direct ownership of AI-driven video production filming and editing tasks, showcasing your technical proficiency and creative vision.
• Maintaining Industry Expertise: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in video production, generative AI techniques, online marketing, and emerging visual concepts in product design.

Who you are:

You are a creative, resourceful, and innovative video professional with a proven ability to lead and execute captivating video concepts. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. A self-learner, you constantly seek out new ways to enhance production. Key requirements include:

• Experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in creating successful ads and performance marketing videos across major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• AI Proficiency: Extensive experience using generative AI tools at all stages of production (pre, production, post) and hands-on experience building custom digital workflows using visual coding interfaces.
• Education preffered: Hold a degree in a design discipline (Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Architecture, etc.) or a science-related field.
• Bonus Skills: Experience in Filming, Motion Graphics, and Post-Production is a significant advantage. 
• Purpose-driven: A genuine love for home cooking and excitement about our mission to improve the food system through home cooking is a strong advantage.
