About the Role

Manage production lines for assembly systems and subassemblies. Responsible for the day-to-day performance of all production lines, including output and product quality. Maintain ongoing collaboration with engineering and R&D teams within the company. Build production plans based on sales forecasts and implement advanced manufacturing methodologies.

The position is open to all qualified candidates.

Job Requirements

• Technical knowledge and experience in technological production and assembly lines (more than 5 years of experience), with preference for candidates from capital equipment companies

• Strong familiarity with manufacturing floors operating in clean room environments

• Full responsibility for meeting safety, quality, and production output targets

• Proven technical knowledge and deep technological understanding

• Demonstrated experience managing large production teams

• Proven experience leading NPI (New Product Introduction) processes

• Ability to manage team leaders, engineers, and technicians

• Strong data analysis capabilities

• Ability to work under tight schedules and production deadlines

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Good familiarity with operating production infrastructure such as cooling systems, gas supply systems, and chillers

• Experience with operational aspects of manufacturing lines, including inventory routines and supply chain coordination

• Experience working with ERP systems and manufacturing information systems

• Ability to train, mentor, and certify employees

• Experience writing and documenting work procedures

• Academic degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution

• The position is based at the company’s facility in Jerusalem and is a full-time role.
