We’re looking for a creative, ambitious Marketing Designer to own the visual engine behind our growth. You’ll combine design skills with marketing intuition to create high-performing creatives that drive user acquisition and engagement.

You’ll translate data trends and performance insights into visual assets that stop the scroll and convert — across paid social, in-app experiences, and the full user journey.

Your mission: Make every pixel count — from the first ad impression to the in-app experience.

Location: Tel Aviv/Haifa

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design high-impact ads: static banners, GIFs, and video creatives for large-scale UA campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Edit and produce engaging short-form video content — UGC style, motion graphics, trending formats.
• Create on-brand assets across the full funnel: in-app pop-ups, email visuals, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the performance team to analyze creative data and rapidly iterate on winning concepts.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table — research trends, study competitors, and push our creative strategy forward.

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing design (tech or agency background is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) is a must. Figma knowledge — a plus.
• Video and motion skills are a strong advantage.
• You’re a social media native — you live on TikTok and Reels and understand what makes content perform.
• Experience with generative AI tools to speed up creative workflows — a strong advantage.
• A true team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and delivers under tight deadlines.
