Board Designer

As a primary driver in the AI revolution, the company focuses on creating silicon architectures that balance extreme computational power with optimized power consumption and physical footprint.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime high-tech hub) and operates a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Architecture Translation: Converting complex AI chip architectural requirements into efficient VLSI implementations, prioritizing power, area, and performance (PPA) optimization.
• Logic Design & Verification: Collaborating closely with Verification teams to ensure full functional integrity of the RTL design.
• Silicon Realization: Partnering with Backend and DFT teams to drive the design through physical implementation and towards successful silicon tape-out.
• System Bring-up: Participating in the post-silicon bring-up phase alongside Software and Systems teams to validate hardware functionality.
• Full-Cycle Impact: Engaging in SoC design decision-making and architectural trade-offs to support next-generation hardware acceleration.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from a leading academic institution – Mandatory.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a VLSI Design Engineer – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in RTL design and logic synthesis.
• Strong understanding of digital design principles and semiconductor manufacturing flows.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment spanning hardware, software, and AI research.
