U.S. Finance & Accounting Manager (50%–100%)

Location: Petach Tikva (Hybrid)

Septier is looking for a hands-on Finance & Accounting professional to join our team in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup-like environment.

This role can be structured as a 50%–100% position, depending on the candidate’s experience and availability. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, and being deeply involved in both strategic financial thinking and day-to-day financial operations.

What You'll Do

•Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting (IFRS / GAAP).

•Lead the monthly closing process, reconciliations, and accounting entries.

•Work closely with local accountants and external auditors.

•Build and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.

•Support management with financial insights and business decision-making.

•Manage cash flow and financial operations.

•Improve financial processes and support ERP optimization.

•Take an active hands-on role in the company’s financial activities, supporting day-to-day financial operations including expense management, payroll coordination, and employee-related financial processes.

Additional Responsibilities (for Full-Time Role – 100%)

For candidates joining in a full-time capacity, the role will also include:

•Supporting U.S. regulatory and compliance-related processes.

•Coordinating with external advisors on U.S. financial and tax matters.

•Handling administrative and operational aspects related to the company’s U.S. activities.

What We’re Looking For

•CPA – required

•1-2 years of experience in a similar finance/accounting role - big advantage

•Experience working in multinational or global companies

•Strong English (written & spoken)

•Strong hands-on approach and ability to work in a startup-style environment

•Experience with ERP systems (Priority – advantage)

•Excellent Excel skills

•Knowledge of U.S. taxation or regulatory environment – advantage
