Economist – TASE Nominee Company - Clearing Department | Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

The TASE Nominee Company, part of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) Group, is the largest and leading nominee company in the Israeli capital market.

We are currently looking for an Economist to join the Nominee Company within the Clearing Department at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Position Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of new products and services to be launched by the Nominee Company.
• Perform activities related to the ongoing operations of the Nominee Company, including registration and management of the share capital of securities registered under the Nominee Company, as well as processing payments and corporate actions for issuing companies that are clients of the Nominee Company.
• Maintain ongoing communication with issuing companies for coordination, payment processing, and share capital management.
• Be involved in marketing and sales processes.
• Deliver training sessions to clients.
• Work closely with the TASE Clearing House, exchange members, banks, and investment houses.
• Perform additional tasks as required from time to time.
• Occasional overtime may be required, including on Fridays and holiday eves.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree – required. A degree in Economics / Business Administration / Accounting – an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience working at a nominee company and/or in the back office of a bank or investment house that is an exchange member – an advantage.
• Sales experience – an advantage.
• Familiarity with operational processes related to the management and registration of securities capital.
• Strong interpersonal skills, marketing orientation, and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of organization, accuracy, attention to detail, technical ability, and strong operational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
