Full Stack Developer (.Net)

We are looking for a full stack developer to join our engineering team and help drive core platform capabilities end to end. This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys ownership, can design and build real features, and knows how to get things done.

While the role is backend heavy (.NET), exposure to frontend and product thinking is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and lead features end to end, from idea to production
• Work in a squad with developers, QA, Product, and DevOps
• Collaborate on system design and architecture decisions
• Build scalable, secure backend services in .NET
• Use AI assisted development tools to move faster and raise quality
• Write testable code with unit and integration tests
• Identify technical risks early and drive solutions
• Participate in design discussions and technical decision making

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with .NET and C#
• Strong backend engineering background and system design skills
• Experience building cloud native applications (Azure preferred)
• Hands on experience using AI assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar - Must
• Experience with asynchronous programming and modern .NET patterns
• Ability to work independently and own features with minimal supervision
• Strong problem solving skills and engineering judgment
• Good communication skills in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with React or Angular
• Experience working on SaaS platforms in regulated or security sensitive environments
• Familiarity with identity, access management, or security domains
