abra Microsoft Solutions is seeking a Junior ERP Implementer to join our team!

Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementation projects
Conduct system training and workshops for end users
Gather and document business requirements
Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Provide user support during and after go-live
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system adoption

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience or strong capability in user training and system implementation
Ability to guide users and deliver structured training sessions
Willingness to work non-standard hours during the first months, including day and night shifts
