IT & SecOps Specialist

We are looking for an IT & SecOps Specialist to join our IT & Security team. In this role, you will act as the operational engine of our global IT infrastructure, bridging the gap between hardware logistics, employee experience, and security compliance. By maintaining our physical network and actively managing our security posture, you will ensure seamless and secure daily operations for our rapidly scaling hybrid workforce.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional Tier 1 and Tier 2 global technical support, managing a shifted schedule to ensure seamless coverage for both our Tel Aviv and US-based teams.
• Own the end-to-end physical IT and multimedia footprint, ensuring stable network connectivity (Firewalls, Switches, APs) and physically setting up workstations and server rooms to optimize the hybrid office experience.
• Manage the complete global hardware lifecycle and logistics, maintaining a 100% accurate asset register from procurement through to secure offboarding.
• Administer the full identity lifecycle across our core SaaS stack (Okta, Google Workspace), enforcing strict role-based access controls, executing automated onboarding flows, and maintaining license hygiene.
• Defend our endpoint environment by actively monitoring EDR (CrowdStrike) and MDM (JumpCloud) health to identify, flag, and remediate non-compliant or unpatched devices.
• Accelerate business and compliance objectives by conducting security risk assessments on new/existing SaaS apps, and assisting the sales team with Customer Security Questionnaires.
  
  

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Operations or System Administration within a global high-tech environment.
• OS & Hardware Expertise: Deep technical proficiency in troubleshooting and configuring macOS and Linux environments, along with the physical capability to handle hands-on office IT setups (monitors, cabling, hardware inventory).
• Systems Administration: Proven hands-on experience managing fleets via major MDM platforms (e.g., JumpCloud, Jamf) and administering IAM/SSO platforms (Okta, Google Workspace).
• Network Fundamentals: Strong understanding of how the internet works (DNS, DHCP, private IPs, MAC Addresses) and the ability to troubleshoot local network/Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
• Operational Flexibility: Ability to work a shifted schedule periodically to provide dedicated overlap with US business hours.
• Communication: Fluent English (Written and Verbal) is mandatory, with a service-oriented mindset for supporting global employees and vendors.
  
  

• SecOps Exposure: Prior experience assisting in Customer Security Questionnaires, Vendor Risk Reviews, or Compliance Audits (SOC2 / ISO 27001).
• Security Tooling: Direct experience managing CrowdStrike Falcon (managing hosts, grouping, and agent health).
• Automation: Experience with Low-Code automation tools (Make.com, n8n) or basic scripting (Bash/Zsh).
• HRIS: Experience with HiBob IT workflows and integrations.
