Air Doctor, a growing Insurtech startup, is looking for Shift Managers to join our Customer Care team!

We’re looking for our next shift leaders - managers who will thrive in the service world, lead our global teams with passion, and inspire those around them. The role includes managing teams both in Israel and abroad.

We seek people who love teamwork, who have leadership and managerial skills, tech savvy, a high level of English, strong decision-making abilities, and who can perform in a fast-paced environment.

Work format: Shift-based, 24/7 including nights and weekends

Hybrid work environment

Requirements:

High-level proficiency in English and Hebrew, both spoken and written - required
Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively
Ability in managing global teams
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
Strong decision-making skills
Command or leadership background – an advantage
Bachelor’s degree – an advantage
