Senior Electronics PCBA Quality Inspector

A leading technology company is looking for an Electronics Quality Inspector to work closely with production, engineering, development teams, and external suppliers.

• Incoming quality inspection of electronic components and PCBA, cabling, electro-mechanical assemblies and mechanics

• In-process and final inspections, preparation of quality reports, COC and acceptance tags

• Performing inspections at suppliers and subcontractors

• Root cause analysis of production failures and implementation of corrective and preventive actions

• Review of ECO / ATP / ATR documentation, production files and engineering waivers

• Investigation of customer complaints (D8, 3A methodologies) and support of external audits

• First Article Inspection (FAI) according to AS9102

• Implementation of quality plans in production and support of MRB processes

• Monitoring employee certifications and training programs

Mandatory Requirements

✔ IPC-A-610 / IPC-A-620 certification

✔ Experience in PCBA quality inspection

✔ Valid driver’s license – the role includes travel to suppliers and customers

Education & Experience

• Practical Engineer / Technician in Quality, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

• 4–7 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in electronics or integrated systems

• Experience in the defense industry – advantage

Professional Skills

• Familiarity with electronic and electro-mechanical manufacturing processes

• Ability to read drawings and production documentation

• Knowledge of AS9100 standards (internal auditor certification – advantage)

• CQE certification – advantage

• Experience with ERP systems (Priority – advantage)

• Proficiency in Office applications

• Hebrew – high level | English – high level

• Ability to work in a matrix environment and across multiple organizational interfaces
