As a Senior Product Designer at Elementor, you will contribute to shaping the vision and creating outstanding experiences across one or more of Elementor's products. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, content designers, product marketing, marketing, and support operations to design seamless product flows, impactful features, compelling visual concepts, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the strategic direction and execution of the AI Website Builder Business Unit roadmap, aligning with team goals and the company vision.
• Lead the design process from concept to pixel-perfect execution, developing scalable, performant, and user-centric solutions.
• Deeply understand web creators' needs, workflows, and advanced capabilities through data analysis and user research, translating complex problems into simple, seamless workflows.
• Monitor product performance and iterate continuously to improve the user experience and achieve key business metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, product management, content design, CX, and marketing teams to ensure a holistic user experience, while maintaining transparency and alignment with stakeholders across the organization.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and dynamic timelines, ensuring continuous, high-quality design delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Leverage AI methodologies: Actively adopt and integrate AI-driven design tools and practices into your daily workflow to streamline processes, speed up ideation, and maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product design experience at a product-focused tech company.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating shifting priorities and evolving product needs, while maintaining high-quality design delivery.
• Skilled at delivering comprehensive product workflows that cover multiple user scenarios and edge cases across different product domains.
• An innovative problem solver with a passion for transforming complex product challenges into simple, scalable, and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, and composition with a keen eye for pixel-perfect design solutions.
• A highly independent team player who takes full ownership, drives projects forward, and doesn't require hand-holding.
• Proven experience in adopting and integrating AI tools into the design process to streamline workflows, enhance ideation, and increase daily efficiency.
• A high level of spoken and written English.

Bonus points for:

• Experience working on a web editor or other complex design tools.
• Familiarity with Elementor and WordPress.
• Hands-on visual execution: Proven ability to independently create high-quality, brand-aligned visual assets.
