Hebrew Legal Translator / Lawyer | $75/hr Remote

Position: Hebrew Translator (Legal Background Preferred)

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $55–$75/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: ~10 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and annotate AI-generated legal text in Hebrew for accuracy, fluency, and legal alignment.
• Provide expert feedback on grammar, semantics, style, tone, and legal context.
• Develop guidelines and documentation to improve consistency in AI-generated outputs.
• Collaborate with researchers to identify language-specific challenges and edge cases in legal content.
• Suggest improvements for training datasets and linguistic rules related to Hebrew legal material.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew with strong English fluency.
• Strong understanding of Hebrew grammar, syntax, semantics, and stylistic conventions.
• Ability to identify and correct subtle linguistic, cultural, and legal nuances.
• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Law, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
• Prior experience in legal translation, linguistic annotation, or content review.
