Key Responsibilities

1. Build and lead Rhenium’s AI, data, and automation strategy across the organization, both internally and commercially across the different divisions.
2. Develop and execute the AI roadmap and detailed work plans.
3. Design and implement AI-driven processes across operational, organizational, and commercial domains.
4. Drive cross-organizational learning and ensure ongoing adoption of innovative and up-to-date tools.
5. Reporting directly to the Group CEO.

Who We Are Looking For

1. Proven experience leading AI, data, and automation initiatives within a business environment
2. Hands-on experience implementing AI tools in operational or commercial processes
3. Experience building and executing AI or data strategies at an organizational level
4. Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, customer service, etc.)

The ideal candidate will work closely with Rhenium’s leadership team while partnering with sales, marketing, supply chain, customer service, and technical service teams.
