Senior Back-End/Full Stack ELIXIR/ERLANG Engineer

**Senior Back-end Engineer**

A fast-growing PropTech startup in Central Israel is looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Back-End/Full Stack ELIXIR/ERLANG Engineer to join a growing R&D team. **Qualifications:**

* 7+ years of professional experience in BE development using Node.js, Python, Java, or Elixir, Erlang, Phoenix Framework.

* Strong hands-on proficiency with at least 3 years of practical experience writing ELIXIR code.

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

* Deep understanding of high-performance SQL/NoSQL database design and optimization.

* Extensive experience with AWS, including architecting solutions across multiple services.

* Familiarity with message queue technologies (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ, Oban) for building scalable data pipelines.

* Proven experience contributing to scaling R&D teams in fast-paced startup environments.
