Construction Solution Team Lead JB-4896

We are an AI-powered construction tech company transforming how the world’s largest industry plans and delivers projects. We are now scaling fast and expanding our regional delivery leadership we’re looking for a hands-on construction leader to drive project success across the region.

What you will do:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of all our projects in your region

• Lead and grow a regional team of Solution Managers

• Manage capacity, workloads, and project allocation across the region

• Ensure projects meet global quality, design, and delivery standards

• Track and own regional performance metrics and results

• Improve workflows, scalability, and operational efficiency

• Act as the main regional interface to Sales, Customer Success, and Project teams

• Represent regional needs and insights to global leadership

• Ensure strong adoption of our platform

• Lead hands-on, with deep understanding of both construction and technology

Requirements:

• 3+ years of leadership experience in construction or ConTech teams

• 7+ years of hands-on construction project delivery experience

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent

• Strong English communication and excellent interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and dashboards for decision-making

• Comfortable with digital tools, MS Office, G Suite, and construction tech (BIM / 3D tools)

• Process-oriented, with experience training teams and improving workflows
