An opportunity to join a cross-organizational and high-impact role, leading Technical Product Owners, enhancing delivery capabilities, and driving advanced business and technological platforms in an innovative and dynamic environment.
Role Overview:
- Lead and professionally develop a team of Technical Product Owners, strengthening their capabilities in managing platforms and products.
- Manage the overall backlog, address technological challenges, and handle complex integrations.
- Drive cross-tribe technological initiatives and improve organizational delivery capabilities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading complex development projects
- 3+ years of experience managing teams or project managers
- Experience working with critical systems in open environments
- Experience leading architectural solutions and working with APIs, self-services, and digital platforms
- Relevant academic degree (Computer Science / Software Engineering / similar field)
- Systemic thinking, proactivity, and the ability to lead teams toward autonomous work
- Advantage:
- Experience with A/B Testing, digital platforms, and leading cross-tribe projects 🚀
