PC Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PC Technician to provide technical assistance and support across our organization. We are looking for 2 locations: Haifa and Beer Sheva.

About the Role

A service-oriented position in a dynamic work environment.

Providing user support and handling computer, communication, and multimedia equipment (hardware/software).

Strong familiarity with operating systems, with emphasis on Microsoft environments and Office tools; Linux - an advantage.

Responsible for troubleshooting and handling tasks at the company’s Haifa site, and at additional sites nationwide when required.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a PC Technician in a large organization with at least 500 end users.
• Experience working in a managed domain environment, diagnosing and resolving software/ hardware issues.
• Full proficiency in Windows operating systems and Office applications.
• Graduate of a professional PC Technician course.
• Experience working with multimedia systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
• CCNA certification - a significant advantage.
• Linux knowledge is a significant advantage.
• Driver’s license - mandatory.
• Training period - requires travel to a different location (up to one month).
