What are we looking for?

5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects in large organizations (advantage for banking / financial sector)
Strong systemic and process-oriented mindset combined with technological and business understanding
Ability to lead, influence, and engage managers and stakeholders across the organization
Experience leading process improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
