Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a System Administrator

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing end-user environments, supporting IT infrastructure and resolving complex technical issues. The role includes device management, user administration and maintaining communication rooms and equipment inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-user equipment and workstation environments
Administer users and system configurations
Create and manage system images and troubleshoot technical issues
Provide support for complex technical incidents beyond standard technician support
Manage IT equipment inventory including warehouse equipment and repair processes
Maintain documentation and status of communication rooms and infrastructure
Support network equipment configuration and operations
Assist with deployment of new infrastructure and connecting remote sites

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure
Experience with Windows environments and Active Directory administration
Experience with Citrix environments and GPO configuration
Knowledge of networking including switch configuration and network equipment operations
Experience deploying new infrastructure and connecting remote sites
