Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a PMO (HR, Procurement & Training)

Role Overview:

Join a large government organization in a PMO role focused on HR, procurement and training processes. The position includes planning, monitoring and improving organizational processes while working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate HR, procurement and training processes
  • Develop planning and monitoring tools for organizational activities
  • Manage service provider portfolios and procurement documentation
  • Support recruitment processes and government tenders publication
  • Enter and manage data in government systems including Merkabah
  • Build and monitor work plans and track planning vs. execution
  • Manage engagements and payments with external vendors
  • Oversee training programs and build annual training plans

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in project management and PMO roles in technological environments
  • Experience managing employee records in the Merkabah HR system
  • Experience working with the government tender “Supply of Computing Services to Government Ministries”
  • Experience managing vendor engagements and invoices under government tender framework (MMM 1-2009)
  • Previous experience working in a government office
